Our greatest asset is our people, and our experienced Onboarding Team is no exception. With extensive experience helping numerous companies embark on their Milient journey, they are your ideal guides to achieving perfect project flow.
You'll be assigned a personal contact from day one – someone carefully selected to match your company's unique needs, ensuring a seamless and tailored onboarding experience.
Onboarding flow
We aim to make your transition to Milient as smooth as possible. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve developed a streamlined process that ensures efficiency and clarity.
Below, you can explore each step of the journey – from the moment you sign the agreement to when your team is fully trained and confidently managing the system on your own.
Acceptance of offer
As you move from sales to the Onboarding Team, we ensure a smooth start to your journey with us. At this stage, Milient holds an internal meeting to carefully select the onboarding specialist best suited to meet your specific system needs.
Startup meeting
In collaboration with your personal onboarding contact from Milient, you’ll plan the onboarding process in detail. We’ll send you a template for the initial setup, which will guide the process.
Once we receive the completed template, we’ll configure the system based on the provided data, ensuring that projects, personnel, and other key elements are ready for the next phase.
Workshops with Superuser
Your onboarding contact will guide your designated superuser through a detailed walkthrough of the system, ensuring it’s configured to fit your specific needs.
During this step, your superuser gains a deeper understanding of the workflow and can collaborate with the onboarding contact to make any necessary adjustments.
GO-LIVE
Your superuser takes the lead on internal training, guiding colleagues through the system as it goes live. Meanwhile, your onboarding contact remains available and on standby for any urgent matters.
A follow-up meeting is scheduled 2-3 days after GO-Live to ensure everything is running smoothly and according to plan.
Integrations
In this stage, we finalise the setup of all the integrations.
Invoicing:
You’ll receive training, and we’ll set up the invoicing integration to get it ready for use. When the time comes to send your first live invoice through the system, your onboarding contact will be available to assist if needed.
Salary (optional):
We’ll set up the salary integration and map wage types to ensure that exported data is correctly handled by your payroll system. This step also includes a brief training session to help you get started.
Status Meeting/ Summary of Onboarding
With everything now up and running, your onboarding contact will meet with you to review the system and ensure everything is functioning as expected.
This meeting provides an opportunity to confirm that all your needs have been met and to address any final adjustments.
Handover to Support
Once everything is confirmed to be running smoothly and all onboarding questions are addressed, you’ll transition from the Onboarding Team to our highly skilled Support Team. From here on, they’ll be your go-to for any future questions or assistance you may need.
