We are very happy with Milient

 Rørbæk og Møller Arkitekter uses the product Moment, which is now part of Milient's brand.

The architect firm Rørbæk og Møller Arkitekter A/S used to have an hourly registration system that worked, but not optimally. The management chose to look for a new system that could handle both time registration and resource planning.

They looked at several systems but quickly agreed to go for Milient. The module with resource planning worked operationally and the excellent dialogue with Milient was decisive for the choice. In addition, Milient showed a willingness to adapt the system to Rørbæk and Møllers Arkitekter AS' wishes and needs.

Milient is now used for time registration, invoicing, resource planning and overall management. All the accounting figures are deducted from Milient and entered into their accounting system via integration files.

"We experience Moment as a system with great potential, and in the time we have been a customer, many improvements have been made in our favour. I am very pleased with Milient," says Ditte Marie Glæsborg Astrup, accounting employee and super user.

Ditte also says that they save time and have a better overview of the projects. "If we can develop the overview (of the economy) and the staffing tool further, it will be a super good management tool," she continues.

"The reporting module is very good – it covers most of our needs. In addition, the invoicing part goes very smoothly. I am especially happy about that," says Ditte.

Milient "on the go"

"It's great to be able to register hours everywhere. Both on the computer in the office or from home as well as on the mobile phone. Before, you had to log in to an internal server in the design studio. There are many things that have become easier with Milient", Ditte concludes.
