News, November 2024
Autumn updates
Autumn has truly arrived. The trees are changing colors, and the thicker clothes have made their appearance. However, this doesn't mean we're slowing down. In mid-November, it's time for the next version. In this news update, you can read more about the updates:
Simplified management of absence types
You now have greater control over absence types. They have been moved to Administration, which means Administrators can manage them more easily. This allows you to have a better overview of the absence types available in the system and manage them independently when needed. For example, you can specify which types of absence require an application.
You can now find the absence types under Administration -> Settings -> Absence Types.
New design for logging absences on mobile
We have now revamped the design for additional mobile features. This time, it concerns the time-stamping function. We have enhanced the view's appearance, clarified functions and information with icons, and streamlined the process for logging absences. Now, it's easier than ever to stamp time!
Notification of Price Adjustment
In accordance with our current agreement, we would like to inform you that we will implement a price adjustment of 1.3%, based on the development of the LCI (Labour Cost Index, tjm) over the past 12 months. This adjustment is a necessary step to ensure our prices remain fair and that we can continue to deliver high-quality products and services to you. We value your trust and look forward to continuing our long-term relationship. Thank you for your continued support.
This does not apply to new customers from 2024.

News, September 2024
Latest news
In the development department, we have been working tirelessly, and several eagerly awaited updates are almost ready to be rolled out. This September, the next version will be released, and here you can read more about the new features it includes:
Enhancements to the Mobile Interface
It's time to update the design of the mobile interface. The changes provide a more modern look and further enhance user-friendliness. Tabs that are affected include driving log, expenses, and additions.
For those who use the stamping function for tasks/assignments, which allows users to stamp their times on mobile, there are even more updates. We have revamped the view's appearance, clarified functions and information with icons, and made it easier to stamp absences. So now it's simpler than ever to stamp time!
Updates for Employees
We constantly receive feedback from users and explore new ways to facilitate your work. This time, it has led to the implementation of two new features:
- Verification of Swedish personal identification numbers.
- Ability to search for phone numbers in the employee list.
The first feature means that the system now verifies the format of personal identification numbers entered, making it easier to get them right. For the search function, we have made the phone number column searchable. Searches can be performed on the entire number or part of the number.
Changes for how to leave Feedback
For a while, it has been possible to leave feedback through the form linked under the help icon in the menu. Now, this function will temporarily be unavailable. This is due to the work with integrating a new system that will make it even easier to leave and follow up on your feedback.
In the meantime, while the feedback form is unavailable, you can share your opinions and requests via our support.
News, June 2024
Summer news
Even though the weather hasn’t been as summery as we'd hoped, we've arrived at the holiday season - But that doesn't mean progress comes to a halt. Now in June it's time for the next update, and here you can discover more about the exciting developments this brings:

New alert settings
With the introduction of the new feature for monitoring employment in accordance with the 24-month rule of the Hiring Law, new alerts are also being introduced. This update brings the flexibility to customize when these alerts appear, according to your preference. Additionally, the option to disable these alerts will be available. These modifications allow for a tailored fit to the internal procedures of each company, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency.
Clearer display of sick leave
To streamline the overview in the planning view, we are refining how sick leave visibility adde in this view is presented. Instead of sick leave notifications being confined to the filter employee, you will now be able to see absences directly on the user line, even when you filter on assignments. This enhancement makes it simpler to gauge the impact, regardless of the view you are currently in.

Updated design
To continue advancing and modernizing our system, we are currently updating our component library. This will primarily be noticeable through visual enhancements, giving parts of the interface a more elegant design. Rest assured, all the features you rely on today will remain. However, this update paves the way for us to introduce new, intelligent solutions and add additional functionality in the future.
We wish you a wonderful summer
Whether your vacation is just around the corner or still a few weeks away, we hope you'll seize the opportunity to enjoy the summer and recharge. We're continuing our development efforts throughout the season to ensure we're ready to share exciting updates with you early in the fall. In this month's update, you'll discover more about:
The 24-Month rule of the Rental act
The new feature in our Staffing module the: 24-Month Rule of the Rental act, is designed to be a guiding tool for you. We've introduced this feature with the idea that it might need adjustments based on your feedback. Our aim is for it to serve as a compass, guiding your decisions and actions in this area.
"Under the updated regulations, an employee from a staffing agency who has been leased and stationed at the same operational unit of a client company for at least 24 months within a 36-month timeframe must be offered a permanent position at the client company. This law governing the leasing of workers came into effect on October 1, 2022."
In this release, you can start entering the necessary information into the system to receive alerts when an employee is approaching the threshold of the "24-Month rule of the Rental Act".
Access to user manuals in the System!
Accessing our user manuals and instructional videos has now become more straightforward. You can easily find the links to these resources in the menu. Depending on where you are in the system and whether you're using a desktop or mobile, the appearance and location might vary slightly. Check out the different placements below.
If you're an administrator or project manager, you'll discover the "User Manuals" button nestled in the information under the help icon, where you can also find our support contact details.
In the time reporting view, everyone can easily navigate by clicking on the ❔ icon in the top menu.
