16th of February 2026 - 2 min
Milient Software announces the acquisition of the French project management platform Ooti, marking a major step in the company’s European growth strategy. With this move, Milient becomes Europe’s largest provider of project management solutions purpose-built for architects and engineers — reinforcing its ambition to define the future of project-driven workflows across the industry.
“This is a transformative step for Milient. With Ooti joining the group, we significantly strengthen our presence in Europe and take a clear leadership position in our market. Ooti adds a powerful product, a strong customer base, and a highly skilled team that perfectly complements our vision of building the leading platform for architects and engineers,” says Lars Owe Berge Nyland, CEO of Milient Software.
The acquisition expands Milient’s footprint in France and across continental Europe while accelerating the company’s strategy of building a unified ecosystem of best-in-class tools for project-driven businesses. By integrating Ooti into its product portfolio, Milient will offer customers a broader, more connected suite of solutions designed to simplify project management.
Ooti’s founder Maxime Riahi, will remain actively involved, supporting continued innovation and growth:
“Joining Milient felt like a natural next step for Ooti. We share the same ambition: to empower architects and engineers with modern tools that help them work smarter and scale their businesses. Together, we can move faster, reach more customers, and build something truly impactful for the industry,” Maxime Riahi says.
Milient has delivered strong growth in recent years through both organic expansion and targeted acquisitions. With Ooti onboard, the company strengthens its position as a European category leader — combining deep industry expertise with a growing international presence.
With Ooti on board, the company expects total revenue to reach over NOK 200 million in 2026 (Euro 18 million), marking the step to its goal of becoming the largest player in its market.
“This acquisition is about more than scale. It’s about creating better solutions, faster innovation, and stronger value for our customers. Together with Ooti, we are accelerating toward our vision of becoming the definitive project management platform for architects and engineers in Europe,” says Nyland.
