MKO Strengthens Cost Control and Remote Working Through Connected Project Management

MKO uses Milient's Project Flow, previously known as Rapport3.

When MKO introduced Project Flow to their consultancy practice, they sought a system that could support accurate project costing while consolidating multiple operational processes in one place. With labour, expenses and subcontractor costs needing to be tracked consistently, gaining a clear view of project profitability at any moment was essential.

“The Purchase Order function has saved a huge amount of time in that our process is built around Project Flow, and the purchase invoice is not accepted unless it is on Project Flow in advance. Our reports include open purchase orders, also to advise Project Managers of what costs are left to come as part of the project.”

Regina highlights the impact: “Everyone can access the system, complete timesheets, expenses (upload receipts), and continue to work as normal - as if they were in the office.”
